Accessibility Statement

Gotham’s Finest Services is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We do not use an accessibility overlay or plug-in widget. Accessibility is built into the pages themselves.

What we do

  • Semantic headings in a logical order, with one main heading per page.
  • A “Skip to main content” link at the start of every page.
  • Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps.
  • Permanent visible labels, plain-language instructions, and text-based error messages that do not rely on color.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and no alternative text for decorative artwork.
  • Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • A reduce-motion setting in the footer, and respect for your device’s reduced-motion preference.
  • No flashing content and no automatically playing audio or video.

Report an accessibility problem

If any part of this website is difficult to use, please tell us. Describe the page and what happened, and we will respond and work with you to provide the information or service another way.

We aim to reply to accessibility reports within three business days. If you need appointment information in another format, we can provide it by phone, text, or email.

Ongoing testing

We test this website with automated tools and with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we correct problems as we find them. Some third-party content may not be fully under our control; where that happens we will help you complete your request directly with us.
