Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request an appointment, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you submit an appointment or quote request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, appointment type, document type, number of signers and notarizations, preferred date and time, borough or city, appointment ZIP code, meeting-location type, facility name when applicable, witness and identification answers, urgency, and any additional details you choose to share.
Please do not send sensitive information through this website. We never ask for Social Security numbers, banking or payment card details, complete identification numbers, or medical records through our forms.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and confirm availability.
- To prepare a complete quote for your appointment.
- To arrange travel, facility access, or an online appointment.
- To keep the records a notary public is required or permitted to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing and storage
Requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private database that is not readable by other visitors. We may share limited details with service providers who help operate this website and our email, or with a facility when access approval requires it, or when required by law.
We keep appointment records only as long as needed for our records, legal obligations, and any follow-up you request. You may ask us to delete a request that did not result in an appointment.
Your choices and contact
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop contacting you. Text and email replies are used only for the request you sent.
