Online notarization platform
Platform details coming soon
This space is reserved for the approved remote online notarization platform used for your appointment. Once the platform is confirmed, its name, technology requirements, and secure join instructions will appear here and in your appointment confirmation.
Until then, we will send you the secure appointment link and preparation steps directly after your request is reviewed.
What to know before you book
- Not every document can be notarized remotely. Eligibility is confirmed before your appointment.
- You will need a current, acceptable government-issued photo ID for identity verification.
- You will need a device with a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
- Some receiving parties, lenders, or agencies require a traditional in-person notarization instead.
- If a document is not eligible for an online appointment, we will offer a mobile appointment where possible.
